Fast hands without power through the hips, will not last long under real-world pressure. The aim is to deliver full potential power through the hips. The stance provides <strong>mass<\/strong>, the hands provide <strong>acceleration<\/strong> and <strong>force<\/strong> is the output.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Put in the hours and pain to activate the body\u2019s largest muscle groups. <\/li><li>Develop the arms to be relaxed and fast when under real-world pressure. Slowly build up <em>\u9ed0\u624b<\/em> pressure until the arms are able to remain relaxed whilst the base carries the load.<\/li><li>Wing Chun\u2019s training stance must be tight, sinking your weight.
