It is a training tool that enables the Wing Chun way of fighting, involving sensing and responding to your opponent through feel. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sifu Barry Pang explains that <em>\u9ed0\u624b<\/em> practice, with two arms in contact, will never happen in a real situation. But that is not the point of the exercise.
