It teaches students the &#8220;next level&#8221; of power development and coordination. Of the six forms practiced in the style, only the first &#8211; <em>Sup Luk Dun<\/em> \u5341\u516d\u52a8 &#8211; is taught before reaching black-sash level. This is because considerable time needs to spent on stance training and partner work before progressing to the advanced techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our <em>Ling Ying<\/em> is from the teachings of <a href=\"https:\/\/barrypangkungfu.com\/zh\/team\/wu-hua-tai\/\">Grandmaster Wu Hua Tai<\/a>, incorporated into <a href=\"https:\/\/barrypangkungfu.com\/zh\/our-kung-fu\/\">our kung fu<\/a> during his periods of residency with the club in the 1990s. It\u2019s power is felt rather than seen. When learning from his master, <a href=\"https:\/\/barrypangkungfu.com\/zh\/lung-ying\/lam-yiu-gwai\/\">\u6797\u8000\u6842<\/a> is said to have been instructed to spend years simply developing his stance and basic footwork.
